Dr. Bharat P. Gajjar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Chartered Engineer, Registered Valuer and Doctor of Philosophy in Project Management, practising as a valuer and techno-economic consultant from Vadodara.

First in India as a compositely qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Engineer, Registered Valuer and Doctorate practising as Valuer and Techno-Economic Consultant. The practice combines accounting discipline with engineering analysis and formal valuation methods, which matters most when a decision depends on more than one professional domain.

Over more than 25 years he has completed in excess of 22,000 valuation assignments for tangible and intangible assets, and more than 1,700 techno-economic feasibility studies, capital expenditure and market studies, and lender’s engineering assignments for large projects.

His work serves banks, financial institutions, government organisations, public sector undertakings, national and international corporates and investors. More than 25 banks, financial institutions and government bodies recognise the practice, and a team of more than 25 technical, legal and financial professionals supports it.

He also teaches. He is a visiting faculty member and paper presenter for universities and professional bodies on valuation, project finance, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, IFRS and accounting standards, financial management, insolvency and bankruptcy, revival and rehabilitation of industry, and statutory compliance for industry.

Financial value is strongest when it is tested against technical condition, project reality and the purpose of the assignment.
